Graffito | The Wall of Life

Graffito | The Wall of Life
Model: Nicole, Sherrina, KO;
Lighting Assistant: OnnYee ;
Digital Photographers: Kok Wai & Chee Heng
; Analog Photographers: Eddy Fun, JC Tang

This project turned out to be a big fun, with lots of friends joining in. And it became quite happening and messy halfway through the shoot! We have lighting assistant who turned into photographer and even modeling for the shoot. Then, our other photographers who turned themselves into models.

It was quite an adventure too, we went down the drain, nearly fell into the river, have to shoot under hot streaked sun and showered by drizzles. But at the end, it was all good fun! Thank you everyone!!!

Our first model, ah KO, very cool and full of character. Her name derived from the word 'Knock Out', and I have no idea why :P

Sherrina, the bubbly and sporty one. This one in conjunction with the World Cup 2010!

Skatergirl~

This is Nicole; we tried to make her jump a lot and fling her hair a lot!

Here is one of the photographer Chee Heng, trying to do his best for a jump with his towel~

Clive here, with a good jump!

Our supposedly lighting assistant, Onn Yee who did her fair share of modeling on that day.

Portraits - Freda Fujiwara

Portraits - Freda Fujiwara
Model: Freda Fujiwara; Photography & Lighting Partner: Clive Loke

This is totally a different from what I had done before. More stylish, more guile to create a style more in-tune with fashion photography shoot. This style really suits Freda, as her personality really exudes a cool and stylish personality.

This is how we work behind the scenes!

Smile Again, Kelly

Smile Again, Kelly
Model: Kelly Chow; Team member: Kok Wai & Chee Heng

Another round of portrait session with Kok Wai and Chee Heng. This time we have Kelly with us, and off we ventured into the heart of Putrajaya. It was another rainy day but we were very fortunate that the rain stopped and we could have our shooting accomplished.

Kelly mentioned that she hasn't smile for a long time but this shot of her captured the lighting and her smile almost perfectly. Love this shot the most from the series, hence the title, "Smile Again, Kelly."

Peh Keong + Kelly | Actual Day Wedding

Peh Keong is another old mate of mine who go a long way back with me, since our primary years if I am not mistaken. We were in the same school and college until he went off for his study in the U.S. It was such a surprise when he dropped me a message in facebook, saying he's coming back to have his wedding banquets and I am to be his wedding photographer. Well, I can't wait to meet his other half; Kelly was such a lovely gal, and they make such a lovely pair!

The lovely couple are now back in Seattle, and I wish them all the best!

Testing, testing for a kissing shot...

Alor-ing with Kerry
Operation Strobe with Kok Wai & Chee Heng

This series was shot in the streets of Jalan Alor. A very big thanks to Kerry, our lovely and sporting model of the day, who has been gorgeous to work with throughout the whole session!
